Rising Tide Natural Market

I love this place having been going there on and off for 30yrs. The deli is extensive, they could use some gluten free bread , wraps ECT but it s still a great deli ..I don't know why , it could be my imagination but I get a strange vibe in many health food stores. R T has that wierd vibe but only mildly compared to other places ...maybe it s the clientele , which includes me lol ..but people seem uptight. A small seating area would be nice . I know they put seating outside when weather improves .. overall a great place with great organic produce , healthy treats and great deli .and good coffee too

I shop at Rising Tide because I am lactose intolerant and can't eat cheese or milk etc. Locally, they have the best selection of dairy free items, but that doesn't necessarily mean much since the only other options are Stop & Shop and King Kullen (big chain supermarkets without a focus on health items). Every time I shop at Rising Tide for frozen dairy free items like pizza, I am absolutely overwhelmed by the number of gluten-free items they offer and really disappointed in the number of dairy-free options. They do, however, have Amy's, which is good, but I would really love to see them carry more!
