Risposta Bistro

As someone who stops in at places that I take an interest in I definitely am glad I was finally able to, having driven through Campbelleville many times I could never find an opportunity to stop in at Risposta Bistro. Having had a celebratory 30th birthday dinner here, I can definitely tell you Risposta Bistro is 100% worth the stop especially if you have a love for an authentic Italian meal and quality atmosphere and service. I was blown away by all of the food, what’s pictured here is what I ordered and would definitely order it again the “Gluten Free Gnocchi w/ Tomato Pomodoro” along with the “Spaghetti Bolognese” my cousin ordered. The service was fantastic and very candle-lit, perfectly setting the mood for a quiet evening date or just personal time with family and friends. I will definitely bookmark the place to make frequent visits through the year. We had a wonderful experience last night thanks to a combination of exceptional service and food preparation. Alex was attentive from the start to my wife's gluten allergy with customizing dishes and apps to maximize the experience. The caprese salad's mix of tomato, greens, and burrata was the best I've had. I usually stop eating a main dish to save room for dessert, but could not stop eating the baked sausage penne. Flavourful and filling. The ambiance was great, music was well selected with the soft Motown sound, and the entire staff knows how to smile. We'll see you again - Mo
