This was the best meal of our dozen or so in Rome. By far. We got the carbonara, cacio E pepe, tiramisu and panacotta. So good. Best carbonara I’ve had. Super affordable compared to back home in Seattle. Would go again and highly recommend. My wife has celiac and they had awesome gluten free pasta for her (the Cacio E Pepe) that she loved. And it was delicious by any standard.
