Courteous, trained and close-knit staff.
I say prepared, because the owner is gluten and lactose intolerant so her team is really very attentive to the problem of contamination.
The food is nothing short of divine, my husband and I (both celiacs) returned two evenings for dinner in less than three days.
Gluten-free frying is excellent, prepared in a special fryer.
Very quick turnaround times and excellent room service.
We recommend it to everyone, even celiacs!
