Mrs. Marta welcomed us with warmth and familiarity. A place with sixty years of experience, with consolidated expertise in serving gluten-free dishes. The location is enchanting, between the hanging garden and sofas. We ate our meal outside enjoying the bucolic view to the sound of blues and cicadas.
Two aspects to work on.
The first is accessibility. I had lunch with over eighty-year-olds who struggled to navigate the stairs, despite the handrails present along almost the entire route. We saw a usable climb but the access was closed. Just open it and you're done.
Another aspect is more related to flavors. Every dish among those ordered was absolutely abundantly generous in flavor intensity. It could be more refined by playing on the nuances, rewarding the high quality of the ingredients: truffle, porcini mushroom, Angus meat, fish...
See you soon dear Marta, you have the honor of having fed my elderly relatives, who hadn't gone out to eat since the 90s!
PS from them, congratulations also for the beautiful tablecloths and napkins๐
