The food was great, the menu was filled with original dishes and they do have gluten free alternatives for most of them.

We had a fantastic cooking class here with Luca. We were guided through the preparation of traditional Sicilian cuisine including macaroni, swordfish rolls, anchovies, and eggplant Parmesan. The main event was salt-crusted sea bass. All the food turned out great. They also did gluten free for some of us
