This is a small restaurant which focuses on fresh, quality food prepared and presented beautifully. We had a delicious dinner complemented by a great selection of wine. The chef went out of his way to accommodate my gluten allergy, even making fresh gluten free bread for me. If you are staying in Tivoli, this restaurant is definitely worth a visit.

€70 for four glasses of wine, sparkling water and 3 primo piato which were of a high quality. Tasty dishes, beautifully presented and service that was friendly and attentive. The small family operation was able to cope with a coeliac and adjust dishes to gluten free with no issues. They are located in a quieter part of Tivoli but close to the center.
