A simply perfect food and wine trip! Being gluten intolerant, I hadn't eaten this well, without deprivation, in a very long time. I felt pampered from the beginning to the end of the service: gluten-free bread made by them, availability of gluten-free pasta and even pork fillet in a crust, made on request, specifically gluten-free. I went with a friend of mine, who is lactose intolerant, and they managed to satisfy her needs too. A beautiful evening, in a high-quality restaurant, with very kind, attentive and very capable staff. Compliments! I'll be back as soon as possible, I promise.
