Ristorante Denicola

Came here as a last second option for dinner as a party of 11. I do understand a big party can take a while in a restaurant. And it’s appreciated that we were given a couple little free appetizers while we wait for our food, but some individual appetizers such as soup came out at different times, cold and I didn’t get mine and when offered I didn’t even want it at that point any more. People came in after us, got their food, ate, and left before we even finished getting the rest of our starters. One of our party members is a child with celiacs and ordered a gluten free pasta and had to sit here hungry for well over an hour because the appetizers were not gluten free. Food was mediocre at best. We were here for an unnecessary almost 3 hours. Tonight was just ridiculous. Will not be coming back.

We always order food from here for our family gatherings. The food is delicious!!! Their penne pasta in vodka sauce is so good. We always orde gluten free pasta since some of our family members have allergies and you can't even taste the difference in the pasta. Not only do they give you huge amounts of food, they always throw in a free pizza and last time we ordered they gave us a whole tray of meatballs that were amazing at no charge. You do not find many businesses that go above and beyond like they do.
