The venue is intimate, well-kept and pleasant. For us, coming here has become a certainty, we are now regular and satisfied customers. You can see that there is love for what you do, thanks to these two fantastic sisters and the mother in the back. For me as a celiac everything is excellent and tasty and Camelia always goes out of her way to prepare delicious dishes for me. Thank you, we love you

This 9 times Michelin listed restaurant is a celiac heaven - safe and unapologetically tasty food. The owner, Camelia is the most dedicated, passionate, intellectually vested chef I have met. To say she cares is an understatement. Over two visits, we Nima tested most of the menu. Where we did detect gluten (two dishes), she would not stop until the dish came out gluten free. Simply because she needed to understand. This is a must not miss in Italy. This 9-time Michelin restaurant is a paradise for celiacs: the food is safe and tasty. The owner, Camelia, is the most dedicated, passionate and intellectually gifted chef I have ever met. To say she cares is an understatement. Over the course of two visits, one for lunch and one for dinner, Nima tested most of the menu. Where we detected gluten (in only two dishes), she didn't stop until the dish came out gluten-free. Simply because he needed to understand how the contamination had occurred. This is a must not miss in Italy. Thanks Camellia!!
