During our stay in Sperlonga we went back twice to Gazebo: we loved it! We had gluten free tiella the first time and gluten free pizza the second. You have to call at least 4 hours in advance to book gluten free food but it's worth it! Our favourite was the octopus tiella :)

The food was really excellent: all fish super fresh and cooked very well.
Some problems only with the service, but honestly such as not to jeopardize the dinner.
Peaceful environment: a little more attention to the mise en place would make this place perfect.
Last thing: almost the entire menu is also gluten-free, which in these parts is a mirage
