The "second" choice was the barbecue, we didn't expect an optimal dish to satisfy two people, but at least something that was more satisfying than a packet of chips from the discount store, but no! 2 prawns 2 scampi 4 mini cuttlefish which were probably also below the minimum catch size, or at least a minimum ethical size, all clearly warmed up, badly, in fact it was cold. Moving forward, in 2023 it is difficult to offer side dishes that are not salad, did you know that? Well now you know, in fact if you want cooked vegetables or baked potatoes from "la trattoria Iseo" you won't have them! However, know that the staff of the aforementioned restaurant cares a lot about your health, in fact they offer you salt that doesn't salt, there's no point in trying to empty the entire jar, the salad will always be bland, tasteless and very expensive, like all the other experience we had in this “trattoria”. After finishing the small meal we went out looking carefully at the somewhat tacky gold Rolex on the wrist of the old man with the yellow trousers, understanding that the "Trattoria Iseo" is yet another tourist trap that makes us ashamed of being Italian .

Good restaurant with an amazing view. The food we ordered was really good and the prices were reasonable, considering we were in a touristic place. They had gluten-free options for my wife, which is essential for any Italian restaurant we go to. The owner was walking around the tables, making sure everything was ok. He noticed we only had meat knives to cut the prosciutto and promptly asked the waiter to bring some meat knives to our table. I've seen many reviews bashing the staff and a certain hostess being rude and I think the owner is trying his best to make up for that.
