Stayed at the Hilton Rome airport the night before a flight. I am Celiac and was a little concerned about food options. They do not have a separate gluten free menu but when I told the waiter that we were celiac he understood and said that everything except the lasagna and the pizza could be made gluten free. They brought us gluten free bread that was individually wrapped in place of the bread basket. Husband had the salmon and I had the Greek salad. Salmon was excellent and salad was very small.
For breakfast we told them again that we were celiac and instead of the buffet, we had an omelet and they also brought over a selection of individually wrapped gluten free items. A muffin, biscuit, bread and a cookie. One of the best cappuccino’s I’ve had.
Didn’t get sick so that was a huge win. Food was decent, but probably our most expensive meals in two weeks in Rome.
