When I was at Paradiso I ordered gluten free pasta arrabiata with extra mozzarella and was disappointed with my experience. At first the staff in the pasta kitchen seemed quite annoyed, which didn't create a pleasant atmosphere.
Unfortunately, the gluten-free pasta, which cost a whopping €2.50 more, was nothing special. In fact, it was just normal warping pasta from the supermarket that wasn't even cooked properly. This was a bitter disappointment, especially because of the price premium. The sauce wasn't arrabiata but chopped tomatoes from a can, where Barilla sauce tastes better than this.
Also, my extra mozzarella was completely forgotten. When I finally asked for the mozzarella, I received burrata, which as you should know in an Italian kitchen is not mozzarella.
All in all my experience with this dish and the service was disappointing and the slogan 'one quick Italy' was in no way fulfilled. I definitely won't eat there again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone!
