Emailed Picolinos about GF options. This is their response:
GLUTEN FREE:
We have Salads, Chicken Marsalla, Gamberoni alla Griglia, Calamari, as well
as any pasta dish can be done gluten free (we have Penne or Spaghetti Gluten
Free pasta).
DAIRY:
Calamary Siciliana, Chicken Marsalla, NY Steak, Veal Santinbocca, Penne
Putanesca.
VEGETARIAN:
We have some vegetarian dishes, such an Antipasto, Salads and most of our
pastas can be customized to your taste.
VEGAN:
Capellini Pomodoro (without cheese), putanesca (without anchovies), salads
as well as customized pizzas.

This place is everything you dream of in a family owned Italian neighborhood restaurant - great ambiance, great food and great service that makes you feel like family. Not particularly gluten free friendly but there were plenty of delicious options that didn't involve pasta! Highly recommend!!!
