Still the best and freshest (!) Pinsa at Platz Olten. We have always enjoyed coming to Giovanni and his team since the beginning and have never been disappointed with the food. The handmade dough simply tastes good, and with many different topping options there is something for everyone (even those with gluten/lactose intolerance). We always look forward to a beautiful piece of Italy, a fine espresso and sometimes even a homemade dessert!
