A true gem of Roman cuisine! We went to Al Fagianetto and were thrilled. A welcoming place, a family atmosphere and a menu full of typical Roman dishes, prepared with the freshest ingredients. A very important note of merit: they have excellent gluten-free options, well marked and cooked with great attention, ideal for those who are celiac or intolerant. I tried the gluten-free carbonara and it had nothing to envy of the classic version! Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. You can breathe the true Roman spirit, both in the dishes and in the environment. Highly recommended for those looking for authentic and safe Roman cuisine even for those who are gluten-free. We will definitely be back!
