Enjoy camping this week at the Gastmolen campsite (May holiday 2022). Got pizza today at Bellissima in Vaals. Our daughter has celiac disease (gluten allergy) so we went looking for a gluten-free pizza for her... and found it! What a treat she had again. The pizza baker certainly knew what he was talking about and prepared all pizzas with fresh ingredients. The base comes from Schar and is baked on an aluminum base plate, so that no cross-contamination occurs. In fact, (almost) all types could be ordered gluten-free... what do you do with that? The non-gluten-free pizza was also fantastic, so highly recommended for the whole family (or company).

The food was delicious, highly recommended to order their pizza or pasta. I had gluten-free pasta myself. It tasted delicious, I tasted no difference from normal pasta. It is run by a 70-year-old couple who are both very passionate about their work. Nice, friendly people. The food is affordable.
