Ristorante Pizzeria Bio Alchimia

The food is quite good, also our son has celiac disease and this place offers gluten-free cuisine. Very good desserts and very very kind staff.

Bad is a compliment... Introduction. This afternoon they called the person who booked the table to confirm the number of guests. There were about 25 of us. We arrived promptly at 8pm. Not before 8.30pm did they arrive to take reservations, without bringing us the menu (but it fits, on a Saturday evening). After taking the order they tell us that we have to wait for the pizzas. After another twenty minutes they tell us that there is no dough for the pizzas, but that they are organizing to have them from other pizzerias with which they collaborate... After further time, there is nothing to be done about the pizzas... (I am around 9.45pm). They ask us if we want to order from the kitchen, à la carte, in the meantime they give us a tiny plate as an appetizer (free) which should be for the whole table... Some plates of french fries arrive (terrible) and a gluten-free pizza at what it seems defrosted, but of poor quality... Some of us ordered grilled vegetables, which never arrived at the table. In all this chaos, the owner does not come to us to apologize and explain the reason for this inconvenience... He is careful... Only the waitresses come to apologise, and obviously they are not to blame... In essence, everyone at home, fasting, around 11pm... Avoid going to eat in this place..
