Ristorante Pizzeria Da Gaetano

*Be very careful if you have allergies!!* I came here 2 years ago and ordered a gluten-free, lactose-free pizza which was great and came back today and ordered the same. I asked the waiter, *3 times*, in Italian, to please ensure there was no lactose or cheese, as I am allergic (not intolerant). He brought the pizza and I double-checked again, that there was no cheese or lactose. He reassured me there was none. I took 2 bites... and realised there was cheese. Eek! This is very scary for me as my throat tightens up. When I asked him if there was cheese, he said, 'no, but there is Mozzarella'. When I pointed out that Mozzarella *is* cheese, he said that it wasn't. And so the conversation continued... The motto: BE VERY VERY CAREFUL OF THIS RESTAURANT if you have allergies!!

I never thought I would eat the most "disgusting" gluten-free pizza in Ischia. I advise you to improve otherwise don't do it, it's better.

I should have trusted the other reviews and instead I wanted to give them credit, to my detriment. Gluten-free pizza is not your art. There is no point in offering the service if the pizza is raw. I attach the photos, otherwise I'll get a terrible response like the other reviews. Classic pizza is normal. Good, without standing out. Recommended if you want to eat something without obligation in the internal part of Ischia.
