I was in tears when I saw I could order any pizza from the menu with a gluten-free option. I mean, ANY PIZZA!! And at Montornès! I couldn't believe it, I couldn't help but thank the owner, hahaha.
In addition to having a gluten-free dough, which is made with rice flour instead of corn (finally, a dough that isn't sweet), the ingredients are delicious and the quality is evident. We had a Montornès and a barbacoa, which aren't heavy, although they're quite loaded with ingredients. The dough is thin but not dry. The service was very attentive, the owner helped us, explained any questions we had about the menu, and to top it off, we had a typical Italian digestive shot. We will definitely return, 10/10.
