Ristorante Pizzeria Porta Messina

This is the best gluten free pizza base I’ve ever eaten - but that was just about the only good thing about our visit. The service was pretty awful - We were seated at a table that had been cleared but not wiped, we were given one menu and had to ask for a second. Our drinks took ages to come. There was a mix up and despite ordering a gluten free pizza they brought me a regular pizza, thankfully the waiter spotted it before he gave it to me - but it meant they had to remake my pizza and my partner had eaten most of his by the time my meal arrived. It then took ages to get the bill. Quite honestly the poor service meant it wasn’t an enjoyable meal and despite the good pizza I don’t think I’d bother eating there again.

Great experience, excellent staff including Deborah, a very kind and helpful person, we ate the pizzas, really excellent, especially the gluten-free one, compliments to the pizza chef who creates the dough to perfection. Highly recommended place.

Eric and Fabritzio were so amazing! The food is unbelievable and if you’re gluten free this is the place! The gluten free pasta is the best I’ve ever had.
