We chose this restaurant because it is one of the very few to offer gluten-free options on the menu, well-executed, tasty and not “makeshift”. Excellent value for money also considering the refined environment and attention to detail. Chef Stefano explained all his dishes with emphasis, making us curious and pushing us to try new and typical local combinations. Even the desserts are as beautiful as they are good.

My partner and I were looking for a restaurant near Valmontone, and so, given the good reviews on "RossoDiVino", we decided to go. The place is very welcoming, tidy, and with attention to detail. Nothing is given to chance. Stefano is the host as well as the chef and the man who invested in that reality in Valmontone. An exceptional dining experience. The attention to detail in each dish was impressive. Menu also for celiacs. We returned to RossoDiVino and will continue to go there.
