Typical restaurant, in the historic center of Alghero, which interprets local cuisine by offering both meat and fish specialities.
A gluten-free variation of a large part of the menu is possible, the dining room staff is trained and attentive, unfortunately I believe that during the busiest times some mix-ups may arise.
I ordered a gluten-free Agliata all'Agherese, the cod was therefore not fried, but was plated with carasau bread... contaminating everything.
Spaghetti (macarones), gluten-free clams and bottarga, no contamination but truly very salty.
I recommend the house wine, produced by the neighboring Delogu cellars.
Reservation recommended.
