They have gluten-free pasta, both spaghetti and stuffed ravioli! And on top of that it was delicious.

Typical restaurant, in the historic center of Alghero, which interprets local cuisine by offering both meat and fish specialities. A gluten-free variation of a large part of the menu is possible, the dining room staff is trained and attentive, unfortunately I believe that during the busiest times some mix-ups may arise. I ordered a gluten-free Agliata all'Agherese, the cod was therefore not fried, but was plated with carasau bread... contaminating everything. Spaghetti (macarones), gluten-free clams and bottarga, no contamination but truly very salty. I recommend the house wine, produced by the neighboring Delogu cellars. Reservation recommended.
