The restaurant is quaint, tucked into the corner, one side street away from the Main Street in Bologna. The atmosphere is very homely but the owner made sure that we felt even more at home when some us spoke back to him in Italian. I started with the Casarecce with prawns, vongole and pistacchio-possibly one of the best pasta I ever started with. But the main, Involtini di pescespada is a journey to heaven and all the stars up there!! It truly was one very fine recipe, combined with simple, yet decadent ingredients. Dessert was nothing short of excellent, and I went home very pleased for a first day in this lovely Bologna!!! Thank you guys, your restaurant deserves a fantastic review indeed!!!! 5 STARS from all of us, (even the ones who are celiac!!!)
