Nice for breakfast, they have gluten free bread. The location has a view to the Galleria and if you sit by the terrace you will be entertained, specially if you are by yourself. I didn’t like paying 8€ for ‘coperto’ but they are charging you for the location. Just be aware of this cost before booking.

I can't judge the food because I simply couldn't sit down and taste anything. I explain: I decide together with my celiac mother to have dinner at Savini. At the entrance, the girl at the reception, very kindly, is about to accompany us to the table and, out of scruple, my mother immediately points out her pathology. The girl told us that she would check with the manager what the gluten-free options might be. The manager, not far from us, responds in a very rude and annoyed manner to the girl, rudely telling us not to let us sit because there is nothing for celiacs. We clearly heard: “NO! If you have celiac disease, no!” (Lower your voice at least?) Upon her return, the girl was embarrassed and tried to be as kind as possible to my mother, who however felt mortified by this behavior and left understandably very dejected. My negative vote is due to the terrible customer management, but above all to the inability of a restaurant, which has the reputation of being historic and of high quality, to be prepared to now welcome the many celiacs in Milan and beyond (even with a very limited, but present, selection of foods). Is it possible that a risotto or a cut of meat or a salad couldn't be gluten-free? They would have made a better impression by saying that unfortunately there were no free tables. I feel sorry for the restaurant, because this is not how we behave in 2022.
