Ristorante Solferino TORINO

Last night we finally went there. We had known him by reputation for many years but had never gone. With the problems of Celiac Disease we were a bit stuck on the "usual informed and reported restaurants". We had the pleasure of discovering it and we will definitely be back, hopefully soon 😋. Everything went very well right from the welcome, the waitress was very kind and professional. The choice of gluten-free dishes was wide, even in desserts (which is not common in Italian restaurants, where sometimes even ice cream is forbidden😠). All the courses were truly delicious, the meats were one better than the other. We haven't tasted a fillet cooked this well in years. Given my indecision between two seconds, the waitress surprised us by offering us a small plate with a welcome taste of roast beef. In addition to being very good, the dishes were all well presented. When we got to the desserts, I was already over the moon and I forgot to photograph them 😄

Terrible! Service good, food less… I had a spaghetti al bruco with two fingers of oil on the plate, a dish left half done and not due to lack of appetite. Even the tiramisu is not good... Gluten-free options are better Taste is important but health is also...
