Courtyard with large outdoor terrace, beautiful location, friendly, fast and knowledgeable staff. Excellent choice of dishes and also prepared gluten and lactose free. Good raw materials, clean and welcoming.

The fixed menu proposal fully satisfies the desire to taste all the Piedmontese specialties.
The raw meat and courgette flan are very good. Tajerin with (lots of) mouth-watering black truffle.
They have a gluten-free short pasta that you can fill as you like.
The cheek is also excellent. Very soft pork ribs but too fatty for my tastes.
Nice presentation also for the desserts: the bounet was very good.
Gluten-free you can get ice cream with caramelized figs or a goat's panna cotta with caramel.
The tasting menu is €40 excluding drinks.
