Fantastic Gluten free and Dairy Free pizza. The best I’ve ever eaten. It really was superb. Also lots of vegan options and multiple different dairy free/vegan cheeses. The staff were friendly, and spoke very good English as he explained all the dietary requirements. My partner (who is not gluten free) also enjoyed a delicious four cheeses pizza. This delicious restaurant with charming attentive staff is a must visit while you’re in Pisa! A short walk from the tower we were greeted by a friendly server who sat us right by the large outdoor cooling fan. We eat vegan and gluten free and had the most scrumptious hand made pizza with melon salad and stuffed tomatoes. The vegan cheese is not to be believed! It’s so good! Absolutely yummy olive oil, bread and balsamic served as well. Topped off with a Prosecco and ice coffee. Perffeto! Our only regret is we didn’t have room for the vegan tiramisu! We’ll be sure to return to Ristoro Dantesca when next we are in Pisa! Grazie!
