Wow, amazing gluten free cannolo! I had a GF cannolo in Catania and it was hard and very thick. Risu makes the shell and ricotta themselves. Both are light in texture and fabulous! Gluten free people go try!!

We took a gluten-free cannoli filled with ricotta and chocolate chips on the fly. The staff is very kind and pleasant ;) it's always nice to share the history of your country with travelers like us! We had a great time and the fresh products are excellent Until next time!
