Chose to grab a cool snack while on vacation in Galveston. I have Celiac so I did a lot of research beforehand and let the employee know. I had a small Salted caramel sunday with chocolate sauce, chocolate chips , whipped cream and cherry. They were careful with my order and adding toppings to ensure no cross contamination. Custard was very sweet and delicious! I could only eat about 3/4s because it was a bit heavy and too sweet after a while. I'd probably choose a vanilla custard next time with toppings to avoid the overly sweetness, but that's just a personal preference. It was great service and very good!
