River Pointe Inn

We had dinner at this place for my wife’s birthday. The food was excellent although a bit pricey for what it was. I let them know I was celiac and they said they could accommodate. I got sick later the next day. I get neuropathy issues from gluten, so that is always my first tell. They need to train the staff better about cross contamination if they are going to claim anything is gluten free. So maybe I’m here for gluten sensitive, but not celiac. The server and staff were awesome though. It was unfortunate

We could not have had a better experience at the River Pointe Inn. From the service to the food, the entire evening was excellent. My boyfriend & I celebrated our anniversary and were greeted with a sweet placard and a glass of complimentary champagne. From there, the crudo tasting is a must - and the Lyonnaise salad was one of the best we've ever had. Each of our entreés was cooked to perfection and we couldn't resist the peanut brownie sundae for dessert - as a gluten free diner, I was delighted to see that it was GF! This is a must visit restaurant down the shore. We will be back!
