Gluten-free bread and buns are nice, and hard to tell they are gluten-free! But I'm sorry to say a few points lost for using canola oil in your products, Riviera. You can taste that trans oil flavour in the bread, too. It would be great to see a bakery of your calibre using cleaner ingredients - industrialised, chemicalised seed oils are unhealthy, ultra processed and associated with many diseases.
