Terrible experience for celiacs. It's embarrassing to find disorganized, uninformed and disoriented staff about celiac disease if you offer a gluten-free option, especially if it's such a large chain like this one. The waitresses did their best to offer the sandwich to my little 5 year old daughter, who has celiac disease. It's unacceptable that you don't include a frankfurter instead of a hamburger, even though it's gluten-free, just because the image of the sandwich wouldn't respect company standards (round sandwich, long frankfurter) when it would be enough to also have a gluten-free hot dog bun. The room manager was precious, but almost scared and disoriented too. This is crazy in my opinion.

They have gluten-free adaptation. The pita bread is delicious and the meat is spectacular. It is the best option in CityLife to eat gluten-free.
