I ordered a gluten-free delivery and also emphasized in the notes that I request gluten-free. I received a dish with gluten. I took a photo of the dish and explained that it contains gluten and I would like them to send me a new dish as soon as possible. The business asked me to take several more photos of the dish, including a request to take a photo of the bottom of the hamburger, and I felt that they were just trying to tease me. And in the end, even though they understood that the dish contained gluten, they said that they could not send me a new dish without gluten, nor did they agree to credit me The service was terrible and they are not available on the phone I really do not recommend it to people with allergies in general stay away
