I visited Roberta Vinci in Pardes Hanna, and I have to highly recommend it! I ordered a gluten-free pasta dish with lemon sauce, and it was simply amazing – a creamy and balanced sauce, high-quality pasta, and a magical Italian atmosphere. My friends had Jerusalem artichoke pizza, the salads were fresh and excellent, and the wine was excellent. The restaurant is not kosher and I am looking forward to going back there for Passover. It is also worth making a reservation because it is the only place in Pardes Hanna that is open on Shabbat, and therefore very popular.

High class restaurant. Delicious food with professional and welcoming service. Not cheap but not too expensive. There is seating inside and also in the large yard outside. There are also good options without gluten. You should book in advance on Saturdays and holidays. No parking problem outside.
