Very very good ice cream, quite cool atmosphere and very pleasant service. For allergies such as gluten-free, they are attentive but it is not perfect (they do not change the spoon for example, also the gluten-free cakes are mixed with the others in the displays).

Absolutely perfect find!! We had lunch in York and fancied an ice cream after so came across Roberto's.
The ice cream was lovely - I could have eaten every flavour as they all sounded delicious!
However, the absolute BONUS is that we were told that all the ice cream cones (except the chocolate coated one) were GLUTEN FREE! This is a huge find for my coeliac husband as nowhere offers gluten free cones! He didn't try one this time, but we will certainly be back to give them a go!
