Gluten free pizza!!! Really good dough!!

We absolutely enjoyed every part of our experience at Robertos Pizza. The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly. It was our first time dining out since COVID started we opted to sit in the patio area. But the entire establishment was set up magnificently. Lots of room between tables all staff was in a mask ( and wore them correctly) Each table was set up with a QR code. This was dual purpose.. no need for a physical menu & also takes care of contact tracing. Very well executed. My daughter who is a vegetarian opted for the classic Margarita. The house hot peppers in oil are lovely ❤️ I opted for the Pirlo. Thin crust wood fired pizza with marinara, arugula shaved parm and prosciutto.. it was pizza nirvana 😍 Robertos also offers some great beer on tap. I love Whitewater Brewing Co. so Farmers Daughter was a perfect pour for me. Just before we left I ordered a gluten free Pirlo pizza to go for my husband and he loved it as well. The GF crust does not taste like a piece of cardboard. We most definitely will be back !!
