Free parking easy and free level access made for a welcome relief. Lovely friendly welcoming staff. The lack of caffeine free tea alternatives ie peppermint/mint or lemon & ginger or rebld bush or camomile is disappointing yet was grateful for the decaffeinated coffee. Additionally the lack of variety of cake for gluten free or diary free is disappointing. The cake size portions are wonderfully and the cake away boxes for the left over was really appreciated. The cake & hot drink deal was helpful.

Amazing staff and amazing food! As someone who has a nut allergy and needs to be gluten free they take extra care with their food they serve and the staff ask everytime 100% be back Thank you so much

10 people of various ages, allergies and tastes on Christmas day. Great service from Donna and her colleagues. Great welcome from Nigel. Attentive staff that nothing was too much for. Food was great and plenty of it. Extra gravy brought out for our gluten free family, really quickly. Vegan family catered for too. We weren't rushed and had a great Christmas lunch, time with family and felt very comfortable, taken care of but never imposed on. It was Christmas day, 4 courses and still so reasonably priced, without the stress and clear up. Thank you Nigel, Donna, Dave and your staff! Even photographers to! Much appreciated.
