Rocking Crab All You Can Eat Sushi & Cajun Seafood

Review: The Rocking Crab Cajun Seafood & Bar (Stroud Mall, Stroudsburg, PA) Date of Visit: June 28, 2025 at 9 PM Formalities My wife and I arrived last night around 9 PM ideal for a late night bite since The Rocking Crab stays open until 11 PM. The only caveat? The Stroud Mall closes between 6 PM and 8 PM depending on the day. You can still enter through ShopRite, but it’s easiest to park up front and head straight in the main entrance. If the restaurant’s open, you’ll always be able to access the mall to dine. Atmosphere A giant crab sculpture above the entrance sets the tone before you even step inside. The interior is vibrant and modern, with warm lighting, nautical accents, and comfortable seating. It’s spacious enough for groups yet cozy enough for a casual date. The full bar serves beer, wine, and inventive cocktails. All-You-Can-Eat Menu There are two AYCE sections: sushi and “kitchen” (Cajun seafood). Sushi rolls come in 6 or 8-piece orders (rolls), while seafood items (such as clams, crawfish, mussels) are requested by piece rather than by weight a bit unusual, but our server Terry walked us through it patiently. You’re free to mix and match between sushi and seafood throughout your meal. Sushi Simply outstanding. Every roll tasted fresh and well-crafted the highlight of our visit. Seafood We opted for garlic butter with medium heat. Each shellfish was easy to peel, perfectly cooked (never rubbery), and richly flavored. Dietary Notes Many sauces are gluten-free, and each roll lists allergens right in its description. If you have severe wheat/gluten allergies, notify your server because everything’s prepared in shared areas. Overall For $32.99 per person, the quality, variety, and vibrant atmosphere make this AYCE experience well worth it. We had a fantastic time and would recommend The Rocking Crab to anyone craving fresh sushi and authentic Cajun seafood.

We THOROUGHLY enjoyed our friend’s birthday dinner here! We WILL be back! The food was top tier, and just like my mother used to make! And the service was amazing and our server was well versed on gluten/wheat allergies and I was able to eat without getting sick! It’s means the world to find a new favorite restaurant (close to home too!!) that is safe for me.
