Jarli was very knowledgeable about gluten-free options and made sure we were enjoying both the food and our overall experience. She was happy, bubbly, and brought great energy to our visit!

Honestly the food was fantastic and the actual restaurant was Devine, but the experience was very underwhelming and if I’m being frank, it would actually deter me from going back. Me and my 3 other girlfriends decided to have a baby free catch up which is very rare for us so was a real treat night. One of my girlfriends asked our waitress for a particular type of cocktail, and the waitress said flat out no we don’t do that, awkwardly at the end of our night we were given the dessert menu and that exact cocktail was on it. We also asked as we were coming here for the first time what she recommended from the menu, instead of going through the menu with us she rudely insisted we all follow her clothing Instagram. Which was just a sign that she had no idea about the restaurant or menu, maybe managements lack of training but she also was fast to overshare her negative opinion of the manager or owner when asked about gluten-free options. This type of customer service makes such a difference to a restaurant and I would have expected a lot more from an Italian own restaurant. And I felt it necessary to share my experience as if it was my business I would want to know these fixable problems before that is what you are known for.
