I do want to say, I very much appreciate them labeling 95 percent gluten free. It is wonderful being able to find a place safe for my partner. Hopefully one day gluten free spots can be readily accessible. All that being said, this does taste very gentrified. Maybe that is the price paid for making a dedicated cultural restaurant into a chain. You lose the aspect of what made joints like this revered in order to increase profit. Its really a shame. The real attraction to this is really just the staff and gluten free nature of this space. The taste leave much to be desired - and for that I dont blame the chefs.

Service was fantastic, the waitress we had was amazing, as was the waitress she was training. The gauchos bringing the meat around were polite and respectful, and attentive to what we liked. Well worth the price for the meal and salad bar! Desserts were delicious, and as a diner with celiac, I was very comfortable eating here. Manager Alex is great as well!

Another gluten free gem! The food was awesome and it just keeps coming! We went for a Valentines day special and it was really delicious. You have to come here hungry to get the full experience of trying every meat that comes by your table. If you aren't that hungry you can always just get the self serve bar which doesn't include the hand carved proteins at your table but has great options including the salad bar, soups, all kinds of cold side dishes like the ceviche and not to mention their hot plates like mashed potatoes and beef roast with carrots! For the money this place gets 5☆ from our end! Somehow we even crammed their rich and tasty desserts in our tummies!
