Roka Akor - Chicago

Probably the best dinner I've ever had at a restaurant. Extremely gluten free friendly! Yura made amazing recommendations for us, including adding the side of bone marrow to our wagyu steak dinner. It is a must try! Additionally, we were seated in a really nice, quiet spot near a window, which we absolutely loved and appreciated. Out of three days we spent in Chicago and 4 restaurants, Roka Akor was the only place that told my boyfriend happy birthday and brought him dessert - I had made notes on all the reservations, even a Michelin starred place, ignored it. We came for restaurant week but will most certainly be back! Thanks again Yura :)

The restaurant catered for my gluten free husband (celiac) after a small hiccup at the start. All the food was very nice, and also paced at a good speed. Would definitely go back. I would recommend the Omakase
