Roll'V is a Vietnamese restaurant on Avenue du Parc in Montreal's Plateau-Mont-Royal. The kitchen is entirely gluten-free: pho, vermicelli bowls, bánh mì, spring and imperial rolls and desserts are all made without gluten, and the restaurant states it is certified under the Gluten-Free Food Program. It is open daily from 11am to 9pm.
