We had an outstanding experience with Rollatini Catering for our wedding on June 13, 2025. From start to finish, their team was so professional, organized, and a true pleasure to work with. Michelle, the Director of Events, made the planning process seamless with her clear communication and attention to detail. And they were so flexible and kind with the menu changes and food restriction we had and accommodated all the needs of our guests, include vegan, gluten free, and kids' menu. During the tasting, we met Chef Victor, whose passion for food was immediately evident. On the big day, Rollatini delivered everything flawlessly — from the delicious appetizers and buffet-style entrées to the elegant dinnerware. Our guests couldn't stop raving about the food! 5 stars are not enough to describe the excellent food and service! Recently, I held a wedding rehearsal dinner for my son's wedding party at Rollatini. We had 35 people! Chef Victor and his staff did a phenomenal job handling that many people all at one time. The staff was friendly and attentive and did not miss a beat. The food was fresh, delicious and presented well. From the moment I contacted Chef Victor about having the dinner at his restaurant he was in frequent contact with me regarding the details. He presented many different entrée choices and an endless number of appetizers. I gave him my wish list for the food and he happily accommodated it! Even gluten free options for certain guests. He created a personalized menu with my son's and his wife's names with 6 different choices of entrees that I had chosen. My guests were very delighted and gave many compliments. I will definitely return and highly recommend Rollatini as a place for a night out for dinner or a venue for a large group. Thanks Chef Victor and staff for helping to create a memorable night!
