Dandan noodles is very delicious!!! They can also provide gluten-free rice noodle. There is soy sauce in the dandan noodles. But I also tried a side dish called “笋条”, which is made by baby bamboo. It was very amazing. For me, Dandan noodles are a little spicy, but they still provide free extra chilli to the customers.
