He told me that the coffee maker broke yesterday, but reading comments I see that it was months ago. I ordered some bread to take with me on the last day so I could eat it in the following destinations but I almost couldn't. I left it reserved and when I arrived it had not been given to another person. Then they wrote to me that they were ready but I had to go. They offered to bring it to me, but then I saw that they charged me for delivery. They didn't even have the detail since the mistake had been theirs. Also the prices are expensive, more than European ones. I would not repeat nor recommend it

They take advantage of tourists with intolerances, such as in this case those intolerant to gluten. Not only is the price of their bread excessive, but they make you reserve and when you arrive they have sold it to another tourist. It's a shame that the friendliness of the people of Sri Lanka is spoiled by locals like them who are only interested in money. We asked for some bread to pick up and not only did they not have it, but they wrote to me to tell me to come get it as they had already done so after I left. I told him that I was already at the hotel and he offered to bring it to me, charging me an extra charge without first mentioning it to me and arriving late for the stipulated delivery time. That is not kindness, it is a complete scam. The abusive prices and the treatment, it is undoubtedly a place that I would not recommend or return to.
