As someone with Celiac, the places I CAN eat safely are few. The places I WANT to eat are even fewer. Roman's is easily both - the only reason. I don't come more often is that they are far from my house (and I can't really fault them for that - lol). The food is great. The service is phenomenal - a little slower on busy nights, but every restaurant is that way. Thanks Roman's!!!!

Roman's Pizza is a great place to grap a pie! It's great that they even have a Gluten-Free pizza menu, now. Roman's also accepts IMS barter, which means, now I will never go hungry. :)
