Total ripoff trying to charge $6 for a different type of flour. This is unjustifiable. You don't prey on people with a 25% fee because they're born allergic to gluten. It tastes worse, never has a good texture and you want people to pay more for the suffering? No thanks.

Best gluten free pizza I have ever had. If they don’t tell you that is GF you’ll not believe it. Better pizza than in Italy 35$ anyway. Has to be good.

I’m not gluten free but my partner is and all I can say is wow wow... Best gluten free ( and potentially non- gluten free ) pizza I have ever had. The gamberni was a highlight for me and the salsiccia was a nice contrast with delicious pieces of pork and fennel sausage and balsamic caramelised onions. Whilst I’m generally not a huge coffee fan the gluten free tiramisu melts in your mouth. Whilst a little expensive it was wel worth it. Grieving having to go back to Sydney because no places I have been to are on par with this unassuming pizza bar.
