Roni's Mac Bar - Provo, UT

My husband saw the sign and I thought there was no way that a place that is committed to just have mac and cheese would be able to accommodate a gluten allergy, but they do! They cook the gluten free pasta separately and it is prepared ahead of time. They changed gloves when handling the dish they made for my son and I. My husband LOVED his grilled mac sandwich, and we loved our mac and cheese bowls! Thank you so much for the great food and great service. The staff was very prepared to let us know what toppings that are not gluten free (just a couple of things) Having an allergy makes it hard to eat out and we appreciate the effort in keeping us from getting sick for days! :)

My daughter has celiac disease and we've been looking and missing some good Mac and cheese and let's just say they did not disappoint. The best Mac and cheese I've had in such a long time.

The price to portion ratio is a little disappointing. The website has issues accepting coupons from the website. The food is good. They have gluten free options but I’m not sure how safe they are.
